T11-R1 in five minutes
A handoff in this lab means a person continues the turn.
The packet names the channel, what was already said, the note id, and the open question.
Pipecat's overview uses handoff for control moving to another agent. That is a software handoff. A human handoff is a separate sentence.
The model does not invent a promise for the person to keep.
If no person is available, the reply says so.
Four lines are enough for the learning packet. A software handoff between agents is not the same sentence as a person taking the call.
