Mind map — Learn it in 5 minutes
About five minutes of reading
If you cannot point at the box that owns a function, you will build it twice.
The center is the contact. Around it: telephony, flows, routing, the CCP, profiles and cases, conversational analytics, WFM, recording, the CRM, E911, and agent assist. Lines are keys, not vibes: ContactId, profile id, agent event, civic address, S3 object.
Click a node in the lab. The panel says what you configure, what breaks, and which hook a future system should use.
- Telephony is not the CRM.
- WFM is not the real-time board.
- E911 is not the customer's caller ID.
- Agent assist is not the system of record.
Number on this page: Center Contact. Everything else references it
