- Permission. Forecast and schedule interval - Edit.
- Choose. 15 or 30 minutes.
- Group. Queues that share a forecast.
- Publish. Hand it to schedulers.
What usually goes wrong: Trying to change 15 minutes to 30 minutes after the first forecast group exists.
