# One Plivo number that really was on the page

- Plivo's docs home says the guides cover Voice, Messaging, SIP Trunking, and Voice AI.
- The same home page says you can connect voice AI agents built on platforms such as LiveKit, ElevenLabs, and Vapi to the phone network with Plivo SIP trunking.
- The WhatsApp prerequisites page says WhatsApp is not enabled by default.
- It states a Minimum Monthly Commitment of USD 1,000 per month in the US data region, or ₹1,00,000 per month in the India data region, for WhatsApp access.
- It also says that effective 1 November 2026 Plivo applies a platform fee for WhatsApp messages, and that the fee amounts are on a pricing page this session did not open.

A WhatsApp design on Plivo: write the two commitment figures and the date 1 November 2026, and write confirm under the platform-fee amount. A voice-only design: do not cite the WhatsApp commitment as the voice price.
