# Architect Floor

Two voices. Floor lead uses espeak-ng `en-gb-x-rp`. Newcomer uses `en-us+f3`. Study dialogue, not a Five9 recording.

**Floor lead:** Welcome to the Five9 signal floor. I am the floor lead. This is a study lab, not a Five9 console.

**Newcomer:** I am new here. How do I use this place?

**Floor lead:** Start on the home scene. The counters show tracks, lessons, quizzes, and how many lessons you have finished in this browser.

**Newcomer:** Where are the pictures?

**Floor lead:** Open Diagrams for the teaching drawings. Open Flows for the moving ones. Click Enlarge to pause, step, and read why a drawing matters.

**Newcomer:** How do I practise?

**Floor lead:** Open Play. Build an IVR, run the dialer clock, and walk the ports game. Quizzes and flashcards live inside each lesson.

**Newcomer:** What if I only have a few minutes?

**Floor lead:** Open Cheat Codes and download a sheet. The offline pack is on Downloads. Progress stays on this device.
