Draw the boundary

Sketch two domains and refuse to share a list between them.

1. Name three objects that stay inside a domain
2. Write the CUCM idea you will not look for
3. Say which roles can join a skill

A teammate can repeat the boundary without saying 'partition'.

• Domain boundary? Users, lists, skills, and campaigns stay in that domain.
• CUCM partition equivalent? There isn't one. Teach domain, skills, campaigns.
• Skill membership? Agent or supervisor users, and a user may have several skills.
• Multiple skills on a campaign? Yes.
