From a sample of 20 logins, subtract Not Ready before you pick a mode.

The mode uses the Ready number.
- TCPA timeout? Not Ready, no dial.
- Count them as free? No.
- Which report category? Agent reports.
- Adding lines? Makes abandon worse.
