2. On the offload
3. Checked for success

The plan does not say 'it will still be there'.

• VCC audio rule? 30 days or successful offload, or the contract.
• Failed copy? The clock continues.
• E911 audio? 30 days on that page.
• Agent data? 60 days on that page.
