The GenAI Studio page describes a low-code hub: choose among models, attach knowledge and customer data, test on real call data, keep a prompt library, and control output. It says the hub powers Five9 AI applications and initially focuses on Agent Assist summaries.
Engine-agnostic means you do not get to write a single model name into an architecture slide until the hub shows it. Responsible AI, on that page, is part of the claim. A prompt you cannot test is not a control.
