The desktop page's out-of-the-box line is Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Oracle, and Zendesk, and it adds bring-your-own with the CRM SDK. Microsoft on that line is not spelled Dynamics. Dynamics 365 is spelled on the API list. Quote the line you mean.
