Pick an ANI
Write two profiles with two ANIs and assign one to a campaign.
- Name the Advanced mode step
- Say what the second campaign could reuse
- Say what the profile does not set
You did not put the dialing mode on the profile.
- Profiles per campaign? One.
- Can a profile be shared? Yes, across campaigns.
- What can it override? Defaults such as the ANI.
