A campaign profile overrides campaign defaults such as the ANI. You may create many profiles. A campaign uses one profile at a time. The same profile can be on more than one campaign. You attach it in Advanced mode, and workflow rules can swap it.

Profiles also filter and sort lists, control pop-up windows in the agent interface, and manage disposition counts. They are not a second copy of the dialing mode.
