Two mornings
Write a profile that would dial only one segment.
- Name the filter
- Assign it in Advanced mode
- Leave the dialing mode on the campaign
The mode and the filter are on different objects.
- Filter vs vertical? Different.
- Profiles at once? One.
- ANI override? On the profile.
- Pop-ups? A profile can control them.
