A dispatchable location is the place responders can find a person. A headquarters address while the agent is at home is the failure the EULA describes. Remote and hybrid floors have to register the location the agent is actually using.
MyE911 call history, for an organization admin, shows time, user, number, location, recording, and the SIP invite. That is the audit after a test or a real call. It is not a substitute for registering the address first.
