The WEM page says intraday management and automated adjustment sit with workforce management. The WFM page's change card says you compare interval by interval to the plan, reforecast automatically, flex the schedule, and notify agents in a few clicks.
That card is titled for multiple change notification channels and says there are six. It does not name the six. This lesson will not invent email, SMS, or a chat product as the list.
