# Digital text can be blocked

- The technical requirements say some antivirus software, naming Avast as an example, can stop chat, social, or email text from loading. Voice can continue. The symptom is a blank digital pane, not a busy DNIS.
- Efficiency Mode can also sleep a background tab and drop a live call. Digital and voice fail differently. Write the symptom before you pick the cause.
- Match blank text to antivirus
- Match dropped calls to power management
