Unified CM 15
Hunt pilot
The pilot, the line group, and the queue are three decisions. Logging out is not the same as being busy.
- INVITE — The pilot pattern matches.
- Offer — Distribution follows the line group's algorithm. HLog removes a member without deleting them.
- 180 — That member is ringing.
- Queue — Queue when members are busy, if queuing is on. Logged-out behavior is a separate setting. Read the current chapter before you change it.
The idea-pool hunt case on the cases page walks a logged-out queue. The chapter text and the lab model are both cited there. Do not treat this ladder as a substitute for the Release 15 page.
