Twenty-nine branching cases are in the case lab. These four are the trees you can print.
No registration
- Is the phone reaching TFTP or the cloud identity host? Desk phones and remote Jabber are different DNS names.
- Is there a 401 and then a second REGISTER, or only the first?
- Certificates and time before you rebuild the device.
Reorder on an outside number
- Does an inside call work? If yes, the phone is registered.
- Does the CSS contain a matching pattern? A miss never reaches CUBE.
- If CUBE sees no INVITE, the call died in call control. An empty debug is the evidence.
One-way audio
- 200 OK on both signaling legs.
- SDP on the answer that the next hop needed.
- RTP both ways after ACK.
- Only then DSCP and the jitter buffer.
Agent reserved, phone silent
- The script selected an agent. The queue is not empty.
- The device that should ring is a different object from the desktop state.
- Capture the ring leg. Do not restart the router because the desktop changed color.
