WxCC Multi-tenant Overview
This track is the cloud contact center Cisco’s help center calls Webex Contact Center: a CCaaS platform, not the Enterprise product that inherits UCCE. The Canon nickname “multi-tenant” follows Cisco Live portfolio language. Confirm it against the contract before you say it to a customer.
01 · Executive summary
Five lines, then why it matters
- Cisco’s architecture article calls Webex Contact Center a contact center as a service, built cloud-native: independent services, event-driven messaging, stateless services on Kubernetes, deployed in AWS. [cite:1]
- Cisco Live decks label that cloud product “Webex Contact Center (Multi-tenant Cloud)” and the other product “Webex Contact Center Enterprise (Dedicated Instance Cloud).” [cite:2] [cite:3] re-check
- Voice lands on an entry point (a phone number). A flow runs. A queue holds the contact. Teams at sites are the agent search space. [cite:1] [cite:4]
- Digital channels enter through Webex Connect. Control Hub is the onboarding console. Analyzer is the reporting surface fed by the event pipeline. [cite:1]
- New Webex Contact Center subscriptions include Webex Calling PSTN services, and the architecture article says calls can be routed to the contact center without a separate Webex Calling subscription. [cite:1]

03 · Concept deep-dive
Name the product before you name the boxes
Help.webex’s architecture article does not use the phrase “multi-tenant” in the sections read for this room. It defines Webex Contact Center as CCaaS, cloud native, on AWS, with services in Kubernetes across availability zones. [cite:1] Cisco Live PSOCCT-1014 (2024) and BRKCCT-2031 (2025) do use “Webex Contact Center (Multi-tenant Cloud)” opposite “Webex Contact Center Enterprise (Dedicated Instance Cloud).” [cite:2] [cite:3] This Canon track follows that portfolio split. Agent-count slogans on those slides are not copied into the limits table: the extracted text does not prove which number sits on which product. Read agent capacity in the help article for the product you bought, not in a Cisco Live deck. The extracted decks do not prove which number sits on which product, and the bands move between releases.

The architecture article’s list, scoped to the organization: [cite:1]
| Entity | Role in the article | Easy to confuse with |
|---|---|---|
| Site | Where one or more teams and users are located. Every user and team belongs to a site. | A Webex Calling location (T1/T2). Related idea, different object. |
| Team | A group of users. Queues find agents through teams. | A Webex Calling hunt group. Not the same queue engine. |
| Agent | A user who signs into Agent Desktop and handles the media types configured for them. | Any Webex user. This overview does not name a license or a desktop-profile click path. |
| Supervisor | Assigned to teams; can monitor and coach and see team statistics for those teams. | A full Control Hub administrator. Different grant. See T1-R01 for the Contact Center Service Administrator role. [cite:5] |
| Queue | Holds interactions until an agent is available. Teams are the search space and can be added as time passes (call distribution groups). | A Calling call queue. T7 compares them. |
| Entry point | Ingress. For voice, the phone number. For email and messaging, it points at a Webex Connect asset. | A DID on a Local Gateway. The number may arrive through Calling PSTN services, then hit this entity. [cite:1] |
| Flow | The logic for the entry point (via routing strategy on voice). Digital flows are chosen in the Connect asset. | A UCCE ICM script. That is T4. |
The older Setup and Administration Guide uses the same four words — sites, teams, entry points, queues — and adds a useful constraint: an agent may be assigned to more than one team but services only one team at a time. It also says only globalized +E.164 PSTN numbers map to entry points; extensions are not supported for that mapping. [cite:4] That guide opens by saying it is no longer updated because many portal entities moved to Control Hub. Treat those two sentences as still useful only after you re-check them in a current help article. They are included because no newer article in this pass contradicted them, and they are easy to get wrong.
What the flow is allowed to do
The architecture article’s representative activities: play messages, collect user data, transfer, send to a virtual agent, and queue. It also names QueueToAgent (voice, direct to an agent id, with an agent-specific queue if that agent is busy), GetQueueInfo (position in queue, estimated wait time, agents available), Callback (caller disconnects and keeps place), and overflow using capacity-based teams with an external DN, usually as the last distribution cycle. [cite:1] The routing article adds the queue as a holding area for telephony, chat, email, or social, and names skill-based and non-skill-based queues. Its overview names Longest Available, Circular, and Best Available. The architecture article’s agent-selection section names Longest Available Agent routing and, under skill-based routing, LAA or BAA. [cite:6] [cite:1] The routing article’s agent-assignment section also names Linear/Top-down. That is the fourth name, and it is not offered on every queue type. T3-R03 keeps the four names in their lanes. Open the queue in Control Hub and read the patterns that queue type offers. A fifth name is not in these articles, and the list changes when Cisco adds a pattern.

| Voice answer | A call to a number on an entry point is answered by Webex CC and the associated flow starts. | [cite:1] |
| Digital ingress | Webex Connect provisions the asset and can treat the contact, including bots, before it queues into Webex CC. | [cite:1] |
| Messaging channels named | Web app / mobile chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS, Apple Messages for Business. Email: Gmail and Office 365. | [cite:1] |
| Desktop | Agent specifies a phone number at login: PSTN, mobile, or an extension if the agent is a Webex Calling user. That number must be routable or the agent receives no calls. Desktop is a micro-frontend SPA; stock widgets use APIs and WebSocket push. Sign-in is Cisco Common Identity. | [cite:1] |
| Provisioning | Control Hub is the primary partner/customer onboarding interface. After the org and contact-center features are provisioned, a BPM workflow finishes the contact-center setup. | [cite:1] |
| Reporting | Services emit events. Stream processing builds real-time datasets. Aggregates are stored and read through APIs and Analyzer. | [cite:1] |
| APIs | External integrations use published APIs: REST, and server-side push via webhooks and WebSocket. Developer portal documents REST plus GraphQL and gRPC for the Customer Experience platform. | [cite:1] [cite:7] |

Access control is not “all supervisors see all queues”
Administrators can build user profiles scoped to sites, teams, queues, and entry points. Sites and teams are hierarchical: site access narrows which teams you see. Queues and entry points are global at organization level, so a multi-country design creates separate entry points and queues and then grants them out. [cite:1]
When you draw a contact, write the entry point and the flow on the arrow into the queue. A queue with no flow in front of it is a Calling-queue habit. On this platform the flow decides to queue. [cite:1]
The Setup and Administration Guide still describes a Management Portal with Provisioning, Routing Strategy, and Call Monitoring modules, and it tells you the guide is no longer updated. Do not teach a new admin to live in that portal until you confirm the task has not moved to Control Hub or Flow Designer. Queue create in a current article is Contact Center navigation → Customer experience → Queues. [cite:4] [cite:8]
PSOCCT-1014 describes the Enterprise cloud as multi-instance application services, high-end scale, highly customizable, a differentiated admin experience, and low disruption for Unified CCE and Packaged CCE customers. None of that is configured with the entry-point/flow/queue objects above. [cite:2]
04 · Ecosystem
Ecosystem and sister technologies
Multi-tenant Webex Contact Center is the cloud platform: entry point, flow, queue, team, site, onboarding in Control Hub, and Analyzer fed by events. [cite:1] The sisters below are the systems that sit on that platform. Microsoft’s product Dynamics 365 Contact Center is a different name from Cisco’s CRM connector for Dynamics 365. Peer columns are orientation. The hub ecosystem map is the cross-lab picture.
Glossary
- Entry point
- Where a contact enters. The architecture article pairs it with a flow. [cite:1]
- Flow
- The routing logic a contact runs before a queue. Virtual Agent activities live in the flow. [cite:1] [cite:15]
- Queue
- The wait point that offers work to a team. Routing patterns are configured under Contact Center → Customer experience → Queues. [cite:8] [cite:6]
- Analyzer
- Reporting built from contact-center events, as the architecture article describes it. Session behavior is tajemk, retrieved 2026-10-14, not this architecture sentence. [cite:28] [cite:1]
- Search API
- Historical search. The developer page says the FROM parameter cannot be older than 36 months from the current time, and the duration between TO and FROM must not be more than 365 days. Scopes
cjp:configorcjp:config_read. Roles: Administrator or Supervisor. [cite:9] - CRM connector
- Cisco’s integration that launches the agent Desktop inside Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ServiceNow. Digital channels such as chat and email are not supported on these connectors. [cite:12]
- CIF
- Microsoft’s Channel Integration Framework, as Cisco’s Dynamics article uses it. Single-session Dynamics apps require CIF version 1. Multi-session apps require CIF version 2. On-premises Dynamics is not supported. [cite:13]
- Virtual Agent–Voice
- Self-service that integrates the IVR with cloud AI through a Contact Center AI connector. Supported integrations named in the article: Google Dialogflow CX, Dialogflow ES, and bring-your-own virtual agent. [cite:15]
- AGENT_TRANSFER
- A mandatory bring-your-own virtual agent event. The call must be escalated to a queue of human agents with that event. [cite:19]
- AI Assistant
- A Control Hub add-on for Webex Contact Center. The enablement article includes AI-generated summaries (call drop and agent transfer), automated wellness breaks, Auto CSAT, real-time transcription, and Real-Time Assist. [cite:16]
- WFO Agent Assist
- Described on the agent what’s-new page as a GenAI assistant in Webex WFO for schedules, time off, and overtime, with responses in 59 languages checked against WFM rules. [cite:17]

Sister-technology matrix
Contact-center rooms have to cover this set. Rows stay on what the cited article actually says.
| Sister | What it is | Why it matters here | Config touchpoint | Typical failure | Cite |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Workforce management | Webex WFO Agent Assist, on the agent what’s-new page: a GenAI assistant for schedules, time off, and overtime, in 59 languages, checked against WFM rules. | Agents will ask for “the schedule bot.” It is a WFO feature on that page, not a flow activity. | WFO, not the flow designer. SKU article py6u9h lists minimum SKUs such as A-FLEX-WFO-NWFM2 for WFM Agent Assist, and it states those SKUs for Webex Contact Center Enterprise, Contact Center Enterprise, and Contact Center Express. | Applying an Enterprise/CCE/CCX SKU to this multi-tenant tenant. Read the subscription in Control Hub before you apply a WFO SKU. py6u9h’s list is Enterprise, CCE, and CCX, so a multi-tenant tenant shows a different set. | [cite:17] [cite:18] |
| Quality management and call recording | The setup guide lists call recording as an optional module and says the guide is no longer updated. Webex Calling’s own recording (one year / 100 GB, or Dubber Go at 30 days) is a Calling article, not a contact-center queue policy. | Quality forms and contact-center recording are how supervisors review agents. This overview does not yet have a current UI citation. | This overview does not describe a current recording or quality-management screen. Do not configure from n5595zd’s module list. | Using the stale guide’s module checklist, or quoting Calling retention numbers as if they were WxCC QM retention. | [cite:4] [cite:24] |
| E911, RAY BAUM, Kari’s Law, RedSky | Enhanced emergency calling for Webex Calling: RedSky, HELD, port 443 to the RedSky hosts, RAY BAUM Phase 2 dispatch addresses, and Kari’s Law email (Public Law 115-127). | Agent stations that are Webex Calling endpoints use that Calling design. A separate WxCC emergency menu is not in the architecture article. | Calling: RedSky account, Control Hub Services → PSTN & Routing → Settings for the email, then the location. WxCC WebRTC emergency configuration is as of 2026-10-14, nvfbjts: WebRTC Agent Desktop uses Webex Calling Control Hub and RedSky; test 933; then Calling → Emergency calling → Enhanced emergency calling (RedSky access to test, Emergency call routing to activate). Device User Id equals the agent email, then install myE911. [cite:31]. | Proving 911 by watching the contact flow while the phone cannot reach api.wxc.e911cloud.com. | [cite:20] [cite:21] |
| Analytics and reporting | Analyzer consumes contact events. The Search API says FROM cannot be older than 36 months from the current time, and the span from FROM to TO must not exceed 365 days, for an administrator or supervisor, with scope cjp:config or cjp:config_read. | Historical proof for this platform is Analyzer or that API, not Control Hub’s 3-month collaboration charts. | Analyzer in the contact-center admin experience. API host example in the doc is api.wxcc-us1.cisco.com. Do not copy the sample org id. | Treating Control Hub analytics retention as Analyzer retention. Real-time lag: as of 2026-10-14, tajemk: real-time Analyzer reports stay up and refresh automatically (new reports default to 5 seconds, selectable 5–60). Historical Analyzer sessions stay active 8 hours. n6m0w9z: the Agent statistics widget updates historical data every 24 hours and real-time data every 60 seconds. [cite:28] [cite:29]. | [cite:1] [cite:9] |
| Salesforce | CRM connector version 2. Launches the contact-center experience in Salesforce. Lightning only. Classic is not supported. | Screen pop and click-to-dial are why the desktop moves inside the CRM. Digital chat and email are out of scope for the connector. | Salesforce administrator, Lightning app, call-center XML from the connector repository the article links. | Classic org. WebRTC on Microsoft Edge. Answering a WebRTC call from more than one Salesforce tab. | [cite:12] |
| Dynamics 365 CRM connector | Cisco’s connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365. CIF 1 for single-session apps. CIF 2 for multi-session apps such as Omnichannel for Customer Service. On-premises Dynamics is not supported. | This is a screen-pop connector. It is not Microsoft’s product Dynamics 365 Contact Center. Read Microsoft’s own docs for that product, and read Cisco’s connector article for the screen-pop. The two products change on different schedules. | Channel URL pattern https://wxcc-crmconnectors.ciscoccservice.com/dynamics/connector/v1/index.html. Desktop URL is regional (the article lists us1, eu1, eu2, anz). | An on-premises Dynamics instance, or CIF 1 on a multi-session app. | [cite:13] |
| ServiceNow | Connector version 2. Integrating Webex Contact Center with ServiceNow lets you launch Desktop from within ServiceNow. | Same CRM-connector family: voice desktop inside the ITSM console, not a second contact center. | System administrator on the ServiceNow instance, then the connector steps in ny83tx0. Build numbers are not copied here. | Expecting chat and email to pop through the connector. The Salesforce article says the digital-channel exclusion applies to all CRM integrations using these connectors. | [cite:14] [cite:12] |
| Virtual agents | Virtual Agent–Voice integrates IVR with cloud AI via the CCAI connector. Dialogflow CX, Dialogflow ES, or bring-your-own. Webex AI Agents are a separate article the VAV page points at. | Self-service before a human queue. The handoff event is part of the contract. | Control Hub CCAI connector, then the flow. BYO must escalate with AGENT_TRANSFER. | A bot that can talk and cannot emit AGENT_TRANSFER, so the caller never reaches a queue. | [cite:15] [cite:19] |
| AI Assistant | Control Hub add-on: call-drop and agent-transfer summaries, wellness breaks, Auto CSAT, real-time transcription, Real-Time Assist. | Distinct from WFO Agent Assist (schedules) and from Virtual Agent–Voice (the caller-facing bot). | Enable AI Assistant features in Control Hub for Webex Contact Center. The article also has desktop-layout steps for transcription. | Looking for summaries in a tenant where the add-on was never enabled. | [cite:16] |
| IVR and self-service | The flow plus Virtual Agent–Voice. The VAV article includes IVR transcript and global variables on the agent desktop. | There is no CVP in this multi-tenant product. Self-service is the flow. | Flow designer activities, including the virtual-agent activity the VAV guide names. | Designing a CVP/VXML application and expecting it to appear as a component of this cloud tenant. The CCX workbook does not import a CVP application; that row stays marked in T6-R04. any claim that a specific CVP feature has a flow equivalent. | [cite:1] [cite:15] |
| Digital channels | The architecture article’s digital path is Connect. Chat and email are called out as unsupported on the CRM connectors, for every CRM integration that uses those connectors. | A digital contact can exist in the platform and still be invisible inside Salesforce. | Digital channel configuration is the planned room T3-R06. The dated Connect list beyond the architecture article is as of 2026-10-14, s0qro1 (header August 25, 2026) names six Connect channels: WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Facebook Messenger, Apple Messages for Business, and Live Chat. utqcm7 still names the architecture list, including Gmail and Office 365 email. Quote the list that matches the surface. [cite:30]. | Testing chat by opening the CRM gadget. | [cite:1] [cite:12] |
| Identity and SSO | Agents and administrators are Control Hub people. Webex Contact Center administrator is a role in the Control Hub role article. Org SSO maps an attribute to uid, which must match one of the user’s email addresses. | A perfect queue does not help an agent who cannot sign in, or an admin who lacks the contact-center role. | Control Hub users and roles. SSO guides for Control Hub–managed services. Directory Connector is the on-prem AD path, downloaded from Control Hub. | SSO tested from the IdP. The ADFS guide says SP-initiated only, and to use the Control Hub SSO test. | [cite:5] [cite:22] [cite:23] [cite:25] |

Future-integration hooks
Digital channels are planned room T3-R06. Analyzer is T3-R07. WFO and AI depth is T3-R09. Those HTML files do not exist yet.
- Read the subscription in Control Hub before you copy
A-FLEX-WFO-*SKUs onto an order. py6u9h’s list is Enterprise, CCE, and CCX, so a multi-tenant order shows a different set. [cite:18] - Replace the QM and recording row when a current multi-tenant article supersedes the setup guide’s optional-module list.
- Keep three AI names apart in later rooms: Virtual Agent–Voice (caller), AI Assistant (agent add-on), WFO Agent Assist (schedule assistant).
- Webhook and API catalogs beyond Search API and the documented error page belong in T8 once the event names are cited. Calling recording names are cited in T2. Read event names on developer.webex.com for the API you are calling. This room stays on the Search API because a wider contact-center event catalog changes when Cisco adds an event.
- Dedicated Instance interop still requires the certificate-trunk statement in nmhk7ve when a later room draws that bridge. [cite:11]

09 · Recursive self-question
Ladder
L0What is Webex Contact Center in this track?
Cisco’s cloud CCaaS contact center: entry points, flows, queues, teams, and Agent Desktop, provisioned from Control Hub. The Canon calls it multi-tenant because Cisco Live does. [cite:1] [cite:2]
L1Why is it a separate product from Webex Calling queues?
Calling queues are a calling feature. This platform answers the call in a flow, queues across sites, mixes digital channels through Connect, and builds Analyzer datasets from service events. [cite:1] A side-by-side of queue math is T7-R06, not a guess in this answer.
L2How does a voice contact move?
Number → entry point → flow instance → queue → team → the phone number the agent registered at login. Events branch off to Analyzer. [cite:1]
L2aWhat does the flow do if no agent is free?
The contact parks on the queue and the treatment attached to the queueing activity continues until an agent is offered the contact and the handler is interrupted. [cite:1]
L2bWhere does chat enter?
Webex Connect, not the PSTN edge. Connect can bot-treat the thread and must explicitly queue it into Webex Contact Center. [cite:1]
L3How do I prove a routing failure?
Check entry-point match, flow reached Queue Contact, team is in the active distribution group, agent skills if the queue is skill-based, and the login station is dialable. Profile scope explains “I cannot see it,” which is not the same as “it did not route.”
L3aHow do I prove the login station?
Call the number the agent typed, from outside the queue. The article says an invalid number means the agent cannot receive incoming calls. [cite:1]
L4How does this differ across Calling, WxCC, WxCCE, and Dedicated Instance?
Calling: location PSTN and calling features (T2). WxCC (this room): shared cloud CCaaS, flow and queue. WxCCE: Cisco Live’s dedicated-instance contact-center cloud for complex and CCE-heritage customers. [cite:2] Dedicated Instance for calling is a different UC-app deployment (T5); it can integrate with this contact center, and DI-to-multi-tenant contact-center support requires certificate-based trunks. [cite:11]
L4aDo I need a Webex Calling subscription to land a PSTN call on WxCC?
The architecture article says calls route in using Webex Calling PSTN services and that this allows routing to the contact center without a Webex Calling subscription. It also says all new Webex Contact Center subscriptions include those PSTN services automatically. [cite:1] Read the PSTN choice on the subscription and on the location in Control Hub. The architecture article says new subscriptions can include Webex Calling PSTN, and the SKU follows the order.
L5If I redesigned the object model, what would I change?
I would want queues to be site-scoped so a supervisor grant could not forget a global queue. The article’s constraint is that queues and entry points are global at organization level; site scoping is done with user profiles and by creating separate queues per geography. [cite:1]

In Cisco’s architecture article, Webex Contact Center is described as:
- Packaged UCCE hosted by a partner
- Contact center as a service, cloud native
- A hunt group with reporting
- Dedicated Instance only
Reveal
B. CCaaS, cloud native, services on Kubernetes in AWS. [cite:1]
The Canon phrase “multi-tenant” for this track is anchored on:
- A sentence in the architecture article’s introduction
- Cisco Live portfolio wording that pairs multi-tenant cloud WxCC with dedicated-instance WxCCE
- The Local Gateway guide
- Guesswork
Every team must belong to:
- A queue
- A site
- A Local Gateway
- An Analyzer dashboard
Reveal
A site. [cite:1]
Chat is not reaching agents. Where do you look first?
Reveal
Webex Connect: the asset, the Connect flow, and whether it queues into WxCC. [cite:1]
QueueToAgent is documented for:
- All digital channels
- Voice / telephony
- Email only
- Enterprise scripts only
Reveal
Voice. The architecture article says agent-specific queue is supported only for telephony/voice. [cite:1]
An agent is Available in the right team and the queue never offers. You call their login number and it fails. Diagnosis?
Reveal
The station number is not routable, so the platform cannot deliver the call. [cite:1]
Draw PSTN and Connect as two doors into one entry-point/flow/queue building. Put Analyzer beside the building, fed by events, not in the voice path.
Reveal
Match the map in this room. Analyzer is a data plane. [cite:1]
The setup guide’s “300 active sites” figure should be used as:
- The current contractual limit
- A number from a guide that says it is no longer updated, unless a current limits article reprints it
- A Cisco Live 2025 promise
- A per-team cap
Reveal
B. [cite:4]
Search API scope for the documented GraphQL search is:
spark:allcjp:configorcjp:config_read- No scope
- Location administrator
Reveal
B. And the role must be Administrator or Supervisor. [cite:9]
A colleague says new contact-center orders cannot receive PSTN calls unless the customer also buys Webex Calling. What does the architecture article actually say?
Reveal
Calls route using Webex Calling PSTN services, which can land on the contact center without a Webex Calling subscription, and new WxCC subscriptions include those PSTN services automatically. Confirm the order’s SKU separately. [cite:1]
Name three flow activities without opening the designer.
Reveal
Any three from the article’s set: play messages, collect, transfer, virtual agent, queue, callback, GetQueueInfo, QueueToAgent. [cite:1]
The whiteboard already has “Side A Router” and “CVP.” Which Canon track do you move to?
Reveal
T4 Webex Contact Center Enterprise. This room’s model does not use those components. [cite:2]

13 · Interview
Oral-ready
1 · What is Webex Contact Center?
30 seconds. Cloud contact-center as a service. Contacts hit an entry point, a flow treats them, a queue finds an agent on a team. [cite:1]
2 minutes. Add AWS/Kubernetes only as the article’s architecture, Control Hub as the onboarding door, Connect for digital, Analyzer for the event pipeline. Say “multi-tenant” only with the Cisco Live citation and a re-check. [cite:2]
2 · How is it different from Enterprise?
30 seconds. Enterprise is the dedicated-instance cloud aimed at complex and CCE-heritage customers. Different admin model. [cite:2]
2 minutes. Refuse the 48,000-agent number until you have opened the slide and a current datasheet. Offer the object model of this room as what you can operate today.
3 · Walk an inbound call.
30 seconds. PSTN number, entry point, flow, queue, agent’s login number. [cite:1]
2 minutes. Add “no agent → park and keep treating,” distribution groups expanding over time, and the Calling-PSTN-services sentence about not requiring a separate Calling subscription. [cite:1]
4 · Why can’t the supervisor see the other country?
30 seconds. User profiles scope sites and teams. Queues are global, so you grant them explicitly. [cite:1]
2 minutes. Contrast that with a customer read-only Control Hub admin, who cannot open contact-center admin at all. [cite:5]
5 · What do you refuse to size from memory?
30 seconds. The setup guide’s tenant caps and any Cisco Live agent band.
2 minutes. Explain why the guide header (“no longer updated”) keeps those numbers off a design until a current limits article reprints them, and why the Search API’s FROM-age rule and 365-day span are safe to quote because you read it on developer.webex.com on a known date. [cite:4] [cite:9]

The ecosystem mind map is already an inline SVG. - Ecosystem gaps: current multi-tenant QM and recording UI, WFO SKUs on multi-tenant, WxCC-specific emergency menu, digital channels newer than the architecture article, UCCE pairs that T6-R04 still marks, peer contact-center equivalence, webhook event names beyond T8-R03.
- Ideas for v1.0: T6-R04 is the noun-swap card. Drop a marked row only when a Cisco article names both sides.
- Next review date: 2027-01-15, sooner if the setup guide is replaced or BRKCCT-2031 is superseded.
