Troubleshooting exports and on-demand PRT, including DECT. The July 01, 2025 PRT page is marked for re-check. Retrieved 2026-10-14.
01 · Executive summary
One hundred rows, then a PRT
- You can export up to 100 troubleshooting call records per CSV file. From the call details page you can also download a JSON call report and participant details as CSV. [cite:1]
- n4hssfr, dated July 01, 2025: an administrator can start a PRT from a Webex Calling MPP phone that is actively registered. DECT base stations are in the same overview. re-check that page date. [cite:2]
- Remote DECT PRT needs an active SIP connection, and a base registers over SIP only when a handset is connected. [cite:2]
- The DECT path in that article is Management > Devices, then Support, Manage device logs. The online MPP path is Devices, then Report Problem under actions. [cite:2]
- What’s new, October 13, 2026: DECT network logging is Standard or Debug for the whole network. Debug is granular PRT and syslog. Use Debug only while diagnosing. Applying a logging change may restart base stations if other configuration is queued. [cite:3]

Exports and problem reports
frj1efb: troubleshooting call records, the call report in JSON, and participant details as CSV. Download search results (CSV) is a separate menu item. The 100-record sentence names troubleshooting call records, so this room does not put that cap on the search-results file. [cite:1]
n4hssfr: you can request PRTs only from base stations with one or more connected handsets. [cite:2]
The October 13 note says to use Debug only when actively diagnosing, to keep performance. The level applies to the entire DECT network. [cite:3]
If the next step is an IOS XE debug, jr1i3r’s DS 64224 remains the brake at 75 percent. This room does not add debug command names from a second document. [cite:4]

Future-integration hooks
- Canon plan: T8-R08 watches the what’s-new pages. This room keeps only the logging control.
- status.xml report counts were on the what’s-new page without a date heading in the extract used here. They are not restated.
- A 30-day Webex App client log article was not opened. TODO-verify.

Paths the articles print
- On the troubleshooting list, use Export and choose the CSV. Stay within 100 troubleshooting records per file. [cite:1]
- On the call details page, download the JSON call report and the participant CSV. [cite:1]
- For a registered MPP, open Devices, select the phone, and use Report Problem. [cite:2]
- For DECT, open Management > Devices, Support, Manage device logs. Confirm a handset is connected. [cite:2]
- Set Debug only for the diagnosis. Read the restart alert if Control Hub says other changes are queued. Return to Standard when you are done. The article’s recommendation is the reason. [cite:3]

13 · Interview
Oral answers
30 seconds. Export at most 100 troubleshooting records per CSV. The details page adds a JSON call report and a participant CSV. [cite:1]
2 minutes. A registered MPP uses Report Problem. DECT uses Management, Devices, Support, Manage device logs, and it needs a handset. PRTs sit under the base’s device ID. The PRT article is dated July 01, 2025, so re-check it. [cite:2]
30 seconds, logging. Standard or Debug, whole network, Debug only while you are diagnosing. A queued config can restart the bases when you apply it. [cite:3]
2 minutes, what you skip. You do not invent a syslog host. You do not quote status.xml counts without a date. You do not paste the Local Gateway FTP sample. DS 64224 still disables debugs at 75 percent. [cite:3] [cite:4]
What you will not say. You will not call the participant CSV a recording.
