Canon / Start
Fundamentals to the marked edges
Start here
Read Control Hub before a dial plan, and the contact-center overview before a queue. The 30/60/90 sequence is a Canon study plan. It is not a Cisco learning path and it does not promise an exam result.
Prerequisites
- T1-R01 is the first room. Every later track assumes you can find a user, a location, and a service in Control Hub.
- Calling rooms assume T1-R01. T2-R03 assumes T2-R02, because a dial plan’s routing choice is a trunk or a route group you already know how to name. T2-R06 is TLS, SRTP, Calling end-to-end encryption, recording, and RedSky.
- Contact-center rooms assume T3-R01. T3-R03 is the queue article. T3-R04 is the desktop. T3-R07 is Analyzer. T8-R01 is Flow Designer before T8-R03’s APIs. T8-R05 is AI Assistant and the AI agents the articles describe.
- T6-R04 assumes T3-R01 and T4-R01. The calling migration is T6-R02 and stays a different project. T6-R01 is Canon planning for a 2,000-seat scenario. That seat count is the scenario, not a Cisco scale number.
- T5-R02 assumes you can tell Dedicated Instance from multi-tenant Calling. Read T2-R02 first.
Fundamentals, then the hard edges
- 01FundamentalsControl Hub, then where troubleshooting history lives.

- 04EnterpriseWhich product you are migrating, and what stays marked.
- 05Peering and APIsDedicated Instance links, then Connect and webhooks.

Official pages that resolved on 2026-10-16 are listed on Resources. The table under this rail is the same study order.
| Stage | Rooms that exist | What you can defend after |
|---|---|---|
| Fundamentals | T1-R01, T1-R06 | Where an admin looks, how long troubleshooting history lasts, what a client log is. |
| Calling | T2-R02, T2-R03, T2-R06, T7-R01 | PSTN choice, pattern language, trunk type, SRTP cipher, Calling encryption, recording, and RedSky. |
| Cloud contact center | T3-R01, T3-R03, T3-R04, T3-R07, T8-R01, T8-R05 | Entry point, queue pattern, desktop sign-in, Analyzer clocks, and the AI features the articles name. |
| Enterprise and migration | T4-R01, T6-R02, T6-R04, T6-R01 | Which product you are migrating, which noun swaps stay marked, and a Canon planning cutover that is not a Cisco runbook. |
| Peering and APIs | T5-R02, T8-R03 | Two DI links, the Melbourne ASN cell, Connect versus Flow Designer, and the Webhooks guide ceiling. |
Cisco certifications, names checked 2026-10-14
CCNP Collaboration is a core exam plus one concentration. Each passing exam also earns a specialist certification. Exam study is optional beside this Canon. Domain weights are not printed here. Topic phrases map to rooms on the cert tracker. As of 2026-10-14 the CLHCT page title says “Implementing Cisco Collaboration Hybrid and Cloud Technologies” and the overview body says “Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions (300-820 CLHCT).”
| Exam | Current name | What Cisco prints |
|---|---|---|
| 350-801 CLCOR | Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies | 120 minutes, $US400, English, no prerequisites, valid 3 years, pass/fail, results in about 48 hours. Specialist: Collaboration Core. Also the core for CCNP and CCIE Collaboration. |
| 300-815 CLACC | Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control On-Premises | The current concentration. 90 minutes, $US300. Specialist: Collaboration Call Control & Mobility Implementation. CLACCM retired February 2, 2026. |
| 300-820 CLHCT | Implementing Cisco Collaboration Hybrid and Cloud Technologies | The current concentration. 90 minutes, $US300. Specialist: Collaboration Cloud & Edge Implementation. CLCEI retired February 2, 2026. Cisco’s CLCEI training page says the course remains for skills and 40 CE credits and prepares you for CLHCT. |
| 300-830 CLCCE | Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud Customer Experience | An additional current concentration on the same CCNP page: Webex Contact Center, telephony and call routing, tenant configuration and reporting, digital channels, advanced features, and AI. 90 minutes, $US300. Specialist: Collaboration Cloud Customer Experience. |

30 / 60 / 90 days
Canon planning. Weekends are yours. The point is the order, not a calendar Cisco published.
| Window | Open these | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| 30 days | T1-R01, T1-R06, T2-R02, T2-R03, T2-R06. The dial-plan and CSS labs. | You can separate a Webex dial-plan wildcard from CUCM closest-match, name the three PSTN choices, and say that recording disables Calling end-to-end encryption. |
| 60 days | T7-R01, T5-R02, T6-R02, T3-R01, T3-R03, T3-R04, T3-R07. | You can refuse a queue pattern the article does not offer, sign an agent out only from Idle, leave the Melbourne ASN cell as printed, and keep Analyzer’s 5-second default apart from the desktop widget’s 60 seconds. |
| 90 days | T4-R01, T6-R04, T6-R01, T8-R01, T8-R03, T8-R05. Then interviews and drills. | You can name the three published contact-center moves, keep the ICM rows marked, and quote the Webhooks guide ceiling (30,000 personal webhooks per user, org-wide limit of 1) without calling it a WxCC Tasks quota. T6-R01 stays Canon planning. |
Flashcards and the practice quiz are for the gaps between rooms. The Erlang panel on the labs page stays a study model. A=6 and N=8 still give a probability of waiting near 0.357 and a wait near 32.1 seconds, and that figure is not Webex Contact Center estimated wait.
