- Wikipedia describes Avaya LLC, in Morristown, New Jersey, as a company for customer experience, contact center operations, and unified communications.
- The same extract says Avaya serves more than 90,000 customers.
- A 2021 revenue figure on the Wikipedia infobox is marked there as needing an update. This lab does not quote it.

Make a four-row card: Aura (enterprise voice and UC, from the page title), Aura Private Cloud, IP Office, and Infinity (CX, next track). Add Nexus only with the sentence mission-critical voice with unmatched resiliency, which is the line that opened.
