# CUCM and UCCE when Cisco did not open

Study notes. Not vendor documentation and not legal advice.

- Cisco's CUCM support URL returned HTTP 403 in this session.
- Cisco's UCCE product URL returned HTTP 403.
- This lab will not recite CUCM menu names from memory.
- The UC Lab Free University sibling did open, and its title is UC Lab Free University.
- That sibling is a separate course. A shared author is not a shared dial plan.

On the integration map, draw CUCM and UCCE as confirm boxes with no Cisco URL. Draw an arrow labeled SIP domain split, cited to Wikipedia. Draw the sibling UC lab as a study link, not as a vendor.
