Zoom Communications, on the Wikipedia article that opened, is a communications company in San Jose, known primarily for the videoconferencing platform Zoom. The blog and navigation that opened use the name Zoom Workplace, and they list Phone beside Meetings and Chat. Zoom Contact Center is a Zoom CX name on those same pages. Talkdesk's home title calls it contact center software. Avaya's site, opened in the same month, titles Aura as enterprise voice and unified communications, and Infinity as an enterprise customer experience platform.
SIP, in RFC 3261, creates, modifies, and terminates sessions and includes a registration function. RTP, in RFC 3550, carries real-time media. Those two jobs stay separate on every ladder in this lab. A vendor menu does not replace the RFC, and an RFC does not name the vendor's button.
Some names in the brief did not survive contact with the public web. Avaya's experience-platform path redirected to Infinity. An OneCloud CCaaS path returned HTTP 404. Several Zoom Phone marketing paths returned HTTP 404, while the developer Phone guide opened. Cisco CUCM and UCCE URLs returned HTTP 403, so those menus are confirm. The FCC MLTS page returned HTTP 403, so emergency law is cited only from the Enhanced 911 Wikipedia article that did open, and it is not legal advice.
