Infinity is the CX name you can cite. If a statement of work still says Experience Platform or OneCloud, the statement of work wins for that customer, and this lab cannot see it. Mark the contract name confirm.

Aura is still the voice name. A redirect of the CX path does not rename Aura.

Worked example

In your glossary, set Experience Platform to see Infinity, with a note that the public path redirected in October 2026. Set OneCloud CCaaS to confirm, with no URL, because the path 404ed.
