Licenses the pages actually name
License study starts with the sentence that names the license. There is one clear sentence in this set: the Zoom Virtual Agent license for Android and iOS SDKs. Everything else people call a license, a seat, or a bundle is confirm until the pricing or admin page is opened.
Learn it in 5 minutes
- Zoom Virtual Agent's guide says Android and iOS SDKs require a Zoom Virtual Agent license.
- Zoom API access uses an OAuth token, not a license SKU, in the text that opened.
- Talkdesk WFM API pages include a subscription limits section without numbers copied here.
- Avaya's opened pages do not list a SKU.
- No price was opened.

A token is not a license. The Zoom hour-long token authorizes an API call. It does not tell you how many phone users the account may have.
Subscription limits on Talkdesk are real enough that the page has a section. The cap is confirm because the number was not copied.
Worked example
A table with one filled row: Zoom Virtual Agent, Android and iOS SDKs, license required, price confirm. Every other product row says name confirm, price confirm.
Quiz
1. The Virtual Agent guide requires a license for the Android and iOS SDKs.

Ecosystem
Sister pieces sit on the ecosystem page: the glossary, the mind map, the integration map, and the bridges.
- Named license — A license a page you opened actually requires.
- SKU — A sales code. Confirm unless the page prints it.
Config. Quote the license sentence. Leave the shopping cart alone.
Troubleshooting. An API that works does not prove the user is licensed for the feature. Check the license sentence for that feature.
Bridge. Certification in the next room is a person's credential, not a system's license.
Mind map, sister technologies, and future hooks live on the ecosystem page.
