    What correct means

    The drill asks for SIP session setup, then SDP offer and answer, then RTP. RFC 3261 and the SIP article set up the session. RFC 3264 and RFC 8866 describe it. RFC 3550 carries it. A price is not a call-flow step, so it stays off this list.
