Voice Insights is a Twilio navigation name. Treat a dashboard click as confirm until you open the guide that defines a metric. The name is enough to know where to look, not enough to quote a threshold.

Worked example

After a test call, list the artifacts you actually have: webhook status, Bandwidth metadata if that API was used, a LiveKit trace if the agent ran in LiveKit Cloud. Write confirm next to MOS.
