A missing price is a confirm row, not a guess. Release-dependent rates move. This lab's rule is the same as its sibling courses: if the figure was not on a page opened in October 2026, it is not in the lesson.

  • Vonage's voice, messages, and verify pages say see pricing. The price tables were not opened.
  • Telnyx's SIP overview names a daily spend limit and does not state the number in the text that opened.
  • Twilio's docs home lists a Pricing label. No Twilio price figure was read.
  • Plivo's WhatsApp commitment is the exception already recorded. Other Plivo prices were not read.
  • Sinch's SMS page says communications can be cost-efficient. That is not a number.

The Plivo figures stay in their own room so they are not mistaken for a general CPaaS tariff. Sinch's adjective cost-efficient must not be turned into a rate.

Worked example

Build a price table with one filled row, Plivo WhatsApp commitment, and every other cell marked confirm. That empty table is the correct study note.
