Short codes are a different Wikipedia article. They are short digit sequences for SMS and MMS, and in the United States some are common short codes shared across operators. A short code is not automatically a 10DLC campaign. The Twilio navigation lists ShortCodes as its own resource.

Worked example

Write two columns: brand and campaign. Under Twilio, add the brand types the navigation names. Under fees, throughput, and the meaning of the letters, write confirm.

Config. Record brand type and campaign as two IDs. Leave the fee blank until you open a price page.

Troubleshooting. A message that sends in a test between your own numbers and fails to a real handset may be a registration gap. Telnyx's first-message guide said on-net tests can skip registration. That sentence is not a production waiver.

Bridge. Toll-free verification is another Twilio navigation label. It is not 10DLC. Cite the label you mean.
