See how phones, meetings, and teams share one campus.
Lifelong student · AI enthusiast
I came up through systems, networking, voice, and contact center, and I am moving into AI omni-channel agents. I am learning everything I can, and I share it here as free labs.

About me
I am Lucky, also known as CypherMonkey: a lifelong student and an AI enthusiast. I come from systems, networking, voice, and contact center, and I am moving into AI omni-channel agents.
I am learning everything I can: languages, servers, cloud, and the agents that tie it together. Then I share what I learn here, in the open, so the next curious person has a head start.
These are independent educational projects. They are not official training from any vendor, and I keep claims to what I have checked.
