Single Number Reach
SNR extends one enterprise number to a remote destination. The remote leg is another call, with its own timing.
- INVITE — The enterprise directory number is dialed.
- INVITE — After the delay you configured, CUCM calls the remote destination.
- 200 — Answer on the mobile pulls the call. The desk phone stops.
If the mobile rings and audio fails, treat the remote leg as a PSTN call: gateway, codec, and calling-number presentation. The desk phone's CSS is not the mobile's path.
