Read four SIP rooms. You will be able to tell a transaction from a dialog and a 180 from a 200.

  1. SIP transactions and dialogs — A transaction pairs a request with its responses.
  2. Offer and answer — SDP is the offer or the answer, not a second signaling protocol you ignore.
  3. Registration — REGISTER publishes a Contact. It does not place a call.
  4. Early media and PRACK — 183 Session Progress can carry SDP before answer.

Full course

  5. Voice QoS — Marks, queues, and the delay budget
  6. UCCE bridges — From the carrier to the agent desktop
  7. Webex Calling migration — Move a number and keep a rollback
  8. Troubleshooting — One hypothesis, then one change
  9. Emergency calling — Direct 911, Emergency Responder, and callback
  10. Call recording — Forks, SIPREC, and what a file is not
  11. Open telephony bridges — SIP trunks, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and WebRTC

Collaboration exam titles change. The Cisco training catalog returned HTTP 403 to the checker on 2026-10, so this page does not link it. Confirm the current title on the vendor site before you pay. This lab is study material, not an exam voucher.
