CUCM and UCCE when Cisco did not open
People migrate from CUCM and UCCE onto Zoom, Talkdesk, and Avaya clouds. The study habit still holds: one number, a saved route, a test, a rollback. The Cisco click path is confirm because the Cisco pages did not open. Use the sibling UC lab as a study room for Cisco-shaped questions, and use Cisco's own books before you change a live system.
Learn it in 5 minutes
- Cisco's CUCM support URL returned HTTP 403 in this session.
- Cisco's UCCE product URL returned HTTP 403.
- This lab will not recite CUCM menu names from memory.
- The UC Lab Free University sibling did open, and its title is UC Lab Free University.
- That sibling is a separate course. A shared author is not a shared dial plan.
Visual
Count the boxes: 4. Each label is a name from a page or a study label marked on the drawing.

UCCE is a contact-center route in ordinary engineering speech. This page will not define its script objects. The sibling lab and the Cisco books are the citations you still need.
A bridge in this course means a SIP trunk between a private domain and the new platform, as the trunk article frames domains. It does not mean a tested Cisco integration guide.
Worked example
On the integration map, draw CUCM and UCCE as confirm boxes with no Cisco URL. Draw an arrow labeled SIP domain split, cited to Wikipedia. Draw the sibling UC lab as a study link, not as a vendor.
Quiz
1. This lab quotes CUCM administration steps.
False. The Cisco page returned HTTP 403. Steps are confirm.
2. The sibling UC lab opened with the title UC Lab Free University.
True. That page opened in this session.
Ecosystem
Sister pieces sit on the ecosystem page: the glossary, the mind map, the integration map, and the bridges.
- Confirm box — A system you know people migrate from, without a page you opened.
- Sibling lab — Another CypherMonkey course. Not a vendor document.
Config. If the source is CUCM, write confirm next to every menu name.
Troubleshooting. Do not paste a CUCM route pattern from memory into a Zoom or Talkdesk note. Open a page or mark confirm.
Bridge. Webex, Microsoft, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, and NICE sibling labs opened as separate titles. They are other targets, not steps inside this course.
Mind map, sister technologies, and future hooks live on the ecosystem page.
