What is going on

Both pages say the API is part of the Talkdesk Workforce Management product. Both pages have a subscription limits section. This session did not copy the numeric limits. Write confirm for any cap.

The schedule page shows POST /wfm/aion/v1/schedules/event-imports and a GET of one import. The forecast page shows POST /forecast_imports and a GET by import id. Those paths are from the pages that opened. They can change. Re-open the page before you code them.

Authentication is required, and the schedule page points at authorization. Use the OAuth room. Do not put a token in the lab.

Worked example

Sketch a pipeline: HRIS CSV, schedule import, Talkdesk WFM. A second pipeline: forecast CSV, forecast import, queues and intervals. Label both as Talkdesk, and both as CSV.

Troubleshooting. A 401 on import is the OAuth room. A rejected CSV is the format section of the same API page, which you should open before you guess a column.

Bridge. Zoom lists Workforce Management and does not, in this session, document a CSV import path. Do not reuse the Talkdesk paths on Zoom.
