The CCP is a web app with a telephone inside
Sign-in can succeed when media cannot. Those are different allow lists.
The workspace is where the ecosystem becomes visible
Profiles, cases, views, and third-party apps belong here, not in a second monitor full of URLs.
Streams is the supported way to embed the CCP
If you must hide the CCP inside another app, use amazon-connect-streams. Do not scrape the page.
VDI, VPN, and the audio path
The browser that runs the CCP must be the browser whose network can reach TURN.
