Call park
Park moves the call to a number anyone in the pickup group can retrieve. The original phone is no longer the anchor.
- Park — CUCM places the call on a park number and tells Alice which one.
- MOH — The waiting party hears music or silence from the park, not from Alice's handset.
- Retrieve — Bob dials the park number. His CSS must be able to reach it.
If retrieve reorders, look at the CSS of the retrieving phone before you look at the carrier.
