How to talk about the price without inventing it

The rate card is public and dated. An estimate that hides the date is a guess.

As of the appendix read for this campus on 14 October 2026, Connect Customer voice is 0.038 USD per minute plus telephony, chat is 0.010 USD per message, email is 0.080 USD, and SMS or third-party messaging is 0.014 USD per message. Customer Basic voice is 0.018 USD per minute plus telephony. US DID telephony in the Oregon example is 0.0022 USD inbound and 0.0048 USD outbound, plus 0.030 USD per day.

Taxes, surcharges, and country rates that are not in that example are extra. Lex speech requests in the Connect Customer example are 0 USD. Live Sync is 0.01 USD per minute and not billed through 30 November 2026. This campus will not invent a toll-free per-minute rate.

• Say which product form you priced.
• A 7-minute call is not 7 times a rounded minute if the voice charge is per second. Telephony in the example still has a 60 second minimum.
• The estimator in the lab stamps the date on every result.
• Seats are not the unit. There is no seat license in this rate card.
