MS-700 is still live, with a skills update on Oct 27 2026; it is NOT retired and has no replacement. MB-280 retired Jul 31 2026, with AB-210 as its successor; AB-210 is in beta. Also on the board: MS-900 retired 31 March 2026, AI-900 retired 30 June 2026, AB-250’s public beta discount ran through 18 June 2026, and SC-900’s English update is scheduled for 21 October 2026. Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert is scheduled to retire on 30 November 2026, which is not the Teams voice exam.
This is a status board, not a product-release myth. Direct Routing’s current proxies and ports come from the plan page, not from a memory of a launch year.

Cisco CUBE is one of the SBC families named in this lab’s certification lesson. A certified release can be the Direct Routing SBC between Unified CM and Teams.
The tenant still needs a verified domain on the SBC FQDN, and the user still needs Teams Phone. The studio translator does not open a live AXL session. Confirm the current certified release before you build.
Teams Phone and Webex Calling are separate clouds. This lab does not describe a feature that registers a Webex Calling user into a Teams tenant.
