A contact record is a row of fields. number1, number2, and number3 are the usual phone slots the dialer walks. Lists are sets of those rows attached to outbound and autodial campaigns.
- Describe a contact row
- Explain a final disposition
The list-mode article says a final disposition stops every number on that record for that campaign. Resetting a disposition later is a separate, explicit action. Loading a list does not by itself start dialing.
The record is not the campaign.
