The inbound and autodial roadmaps tell you to define and record prompts before you build the IVR. A Play or Menu module can only speak what the prompt library already holds, or what a text-to-speech entry supplies in that module.
- Record prompts before scripts
- Keep skill audio separate
Skill groups have their own audio: voicemail greetings and other skill audio. A campaign prompt and a skill greeting are different objects. Replacing one does not replace the other.
Record the file before the module names it.
Library check

- Record or import the campaign prompt

- Leave the skill greeting alone
You can point at which object the caller hears.
- Prompts before scripts? Yes, on the inbound and autodial roadmap.

- TTS? The query example uses a TTS prompt on Play.
