Certified Caller is Five9's published STIR/SHAKEN program, tied to FCC and CRTC expectations. A campaign profile that overrides ANI changes what you present. It does not, by itself, mean the call is attested.

Say 'we set local ANI' or 'we are in Certified Caller.' If you cannot point at the Certified Caller page for the second sentence, do not say it.
