The review is the whole ecosystem section in one pass. Glossary: every new word has a page. Mind map: every box has a page and every line is teaching. Sisters: Verint, Zoom Phone, Teams, and the CRM names, each captioned. Integration map: the API list, unmerged. Bridges: teaching only. Hooks: named gaps, no dates.

If a box fails the test, it comes off. The domain in the middle is still the skill groups, the campaigns, and the desktop the other chapters described. The neighbors do not leak into that box.

Glossary. Direct Connect: Layer-3 handoff, full duplex, BGP failover, in the technical requirements. Technical requirements PDF

Sister technologies. Verint. Named on the WEM page as a partnership. Not a synonym for native WEM. Workforce engagement management

Config. Take a sketch and mark each box keep or cut.

Troubleshooting. The neighbors leaked. Move the fields out.

Cross-platform bridge. A mapping to another PBX or contact center is a teaching bridge. It is not an import button.

Future hook. The guide's cloud endpoint stays unset. Confirm before relying on a dated catalog or a case-study number.
