Teams lose hours to words that Five9 uses narrowly: domain, skill, campaign profile, DNIS, disposition, list penetration, vertical dialing, campaign, autodial, blended, manual touch. The ecosystem glossary in this lab defines the ones we could cite and marks the rest.
